Booking & Payment

• Payment is required before confirmation
• Prices are per bag or per trip
• Promotional discounts may change

Luggage Declaration

Customers must declare correct luggage size:

• Small
• Medium
• Large
• Special items

BagBuddy may apply extra charges if wrong size is declared.

Prohibited Items

BagBuddy does NOT accept:

• Cash
• Passports
• Jewelry
• Fragile or illegal items
• Dangerous goods

Bag Release Policy

Bags are released only to:

• The customer, or
• An authorised BagBuddy driver (confirmed in writing)

Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are subject to:

• Traffic conditions
• Weather
• Partner availability
• Delays due to force majeure do not qualify for automatic refunds.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Storage: Refundable before drop-off
• Delivery & Airport: No refund after driver dispatch
• Refunds processed within up to 14 working days

Insurance & Liability

• Basic insurance applies while under BagBuddy care
• Claims subject to investigation & policy limits
• High-value items require additional insurance (if available)

Customer Responsibility

Customers must:

• Provide accurate details
• Be present at pick-up & drop-off
• Declare bags honestly
• Collect luggage within the booked timeframe

Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the Courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

BagBuddy provides services on a best-effort basis. Services depend on partners, traffic, weather, and logistical conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, software, and materials belong to BagBuddy.

Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

• Business losses
• Travel delays
• Hotel booking losses

Third-Party Services

• We do not control third-party actions beyond coordination.

Force Majeure
